By participating you will be directly contributing to ongoing support in our community. Hope House has been an important service organization in York Region for over 40 years. At Hope House, we offers service and support to those diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, family, caregivers and the bereaved - free of charge. We provide professionally trained and compassionate visiting volunteers to clients in their homes, caregiver and bereavement support, education and wellness programs for all ages – adults, teens and children.
