Hope House provides all programs at no cost to individuals diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, family caregivers and those who are bereaved. Support is provided in-person, and via video conferencing, telephone and email
Service Area: King Township, south Aurora & Richmond Hill
Individuals from other areas of York Region are welcome to attend if programs are not available at their local hospice.
